Wire BBQ grill is usually customized to suit different design of BBQ,including charcoal BBQ,electric BBQ,portable BBQ and so on.There are circular and rectangle shape of wire BBQ grill.The finish of BBQ grill is usually chrome plating or stainless steel.The chrome plating is very beautiful with shiny appearance.

The wire BBQ grill is made by mild steel wire.First we need to cut straight wire to designed length,then round the frame wire to form a circular ring on the rounding machine.After that,put the frame ring and rib wires into the fixture and get them fixed.Then put the fixture under the welding machine.Before welding,the electricity and pressure will be adjusted to the right figure to make the best welding,no loosen welds,burrs or shape edges.

We usually pack 10-20 pieces of grills in the carton and will make sure the weight of the carton will not exceed 20KGS.It will make more convenient for the customer to unload the carton from the container.
